Frequently asked questions for Limo Tempe

Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking on our vehicles. This is to make sure that all of our customers are comfortable in our vehicles and keep the interiors in pristine condition. We want them clean, smelling fresh, and free of any burn marks for everybody to enjoy. We understand that spending hours on a vehicle might get uncomfortable for smokers, so feel free to let the driver know if you need a break. He will pull over as soon as it is safe so that you can step outside.

Alcohol is allowed on the vehicles as long as everybody is of legal drinking age. We are not able to provide alcohol, so you will have to bring your own. We do provide built in bars with ice-filled coolers and glasses for your convenience.

Call and speak to one of our customer service representatives. They will be able to tell you which vehicles are open for your specific date and what the price will be. To ensure that you get a bus, be sure to call a significant amount of time before the date you are interested in.

As long as it does not conflict with any other runs that we have booked, we can work with you. Give us a call as soon as you find out that you need to make a change, and we will let you know if it is possible. We want to accommodate you the best that we can.

>We will take you wherever you need to go. The best way to avoid extra fuel charges is to stay in our local service area, which encompasses a large portion of Arizona. Click on our “Service Area” tab to browse our local cities.

Don't worry! If you are not to your drop off location at the end of your run, we will not leave you on the side of the road. We will still take you everywhere you need to go. However, you will have to pay an overage fee, which we bill in quarter hours. To learn more about overage fees, ask our customer service representative when you book your run, or talk it over with the driver before you get started.
